XPT Tae Kwon Do Club offers first-rate instruction in the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon-Do. All instructors are second and third dan black belts. Classes primarily use the International Tae Kwon Do Federation (ITF) style including a regimen of basic movement drills, patterns, one-step sparring, pad work, light contact freestyle and point sparring, stretching, and body conditioning. In addition, some classes contain instruction in modern self-defense techniques. Beginners are welcome, and are taught separately from advanced students.
