Avis Sanders

Ms. Sanders specializes in both Tae Kwon Do and self-defense.  Ms, Sanders 
earned her first and second degree black belt at Power Tech TKD, where she 
taught both children and adult classes.  Ms. Sanders has been certified as 
an instructor of CDT (Compliance Direction Takedown) Non-Deadly Force 
Training.   She has also trained in  the F.I.G.H.T.  system of 
self-defense. Ms. Sanders is also a member of Northeast Tae Kwon Do lead by 
Master Jon O'Kelly.

Ella and Alex Herz:  Mr. and Mrs. Herz have been studying Tae Kwon Do for 10
years.  They both started with Power Tech as white belts on the 40th
Anniversary of Tae Kwon Do (April 11, 1995).  Mr. and Mrs. Herz earned both
their first and second degree black belts from Power Tech TKD.  In addition,
The Herzes briefly studied WTF style TKD at the University of California at
Berkeley.
